The only exceptions are those that are recognized in the regulations governing personal information or uses that have received express permission from the person involved.

We will not provide personal information to a third party except in cases where it is necessary for the purpose of the inquiry or uses that have been decided by the appropriate regulations. In all other cases, providing personal information to a third party will only be after obtaining permission.

With personal information on file with our company, it there is a request from the person involved concerning the display, correction, cessation of use or erasure of that data, after making sure that this is the actual person, in accordance with the appropriate procedures and in accordance with law, we will comply.
